Connect Debug UART only via USB-UART or RS-232-UART adapter with voltage 3.3V.
UART is not synonymous with the RS-232(voltage on RS-232 can be up to 5B, 12 И etc). Debug UART connection to the RS-232 port (or to adapter USB-RS-232) device directly will cause permanent damage to the device.
