Previous models of Wirenboard controller (including the 5.6 rev) got three pins GND, RX и TX for the debug UART onboard. To use them you need a special USB-UART or RS-232-UART adapter. New versions of the controller (beginning from 5.8) have USB-UART adapter integrated on the board. You can use the Micro-USB socket to connect to the debug UART of new controllers. The Micro-USB socket you need is called "Debug USB".
