WB-homa-ism-radio service parameters

The wb-homa-ism-radio service is responsible for supporting the radio interface. It maintains the radio driver, creates new devices, updates their states, and sends control commands. The rx raw parameter indicates the number of received radio packets from any device, rx noo - packets from Noolite devices, rx oregon - packets from Oregon Scientific sensors.
