To install on a Debian computer, download the package from here: Wb-mcu-fw-flasher_1.0.2_amd64-all.deb and execute commands in the directory where the package was downloaded. 

apt-get update
apt-get install libmodbus5
dpkg -i Wb-mcu-fw-flasher_1.0.2_amd64-all.deb
