ERRKNX220001: Possible bus transfer problems

Affected devices

Devices shipped from March 2019 to April 2020 (including those marked v2.2A). Only devices labeled "NCN5121" on the chip are affected. Devices labeled "NCN5120" are not affected.

Description

When switching to the NCN5121 chip, the value of the capacitor C7 in the chip harness was not changed. This can lead to errors during data transmission via the KNX bus.

Workarounds

1) Warranty replacement of the device

2) Soldering capacitor C7 to 220nF/50V
