If you need repair, the manager will send you an act of defects. Please fill in all the fields and send us the electronic version of the act, and pack the original with the device.
In case of warranty, if we have a similar device in stock, we will send you a replacement device. The courier will bring a new one and pick up the faulty one. Pack the device securely when the courier arrives.

5. Terms of return of goods and money
In case of defect of the device of our production, we will replace or repair it if the defect was found within 2 years from the date of purchase. If replacement or repair is not possible due to the lack of devices or components available for repair, we will offer a replacement for other devices of our production, or refund the money.
Return of devices of our production and money is possible in case of defect, in other cases applications for return are accepted up to two weeks after receipt of the courier shipment with your order and are agreed separately.
The term of consideration of the application is 1 month from the date of written notice to our e-mail, if the letter attached has: indication of the cause of the fault, error logs, photos and other materials sufficiently confirming the fact of marriage, as well as a scan of the consignment note.
