WIRENBOARD PRO is a special line of equipment from Wiren Board for professional installations, which is sold only through certified integrators.

Benefits for the client

WIRENBOARD PRO equipment is more expensive than the standard line, but in return you get:

  • Performance. The WIRENBOARD PRO line includes only the most productive and powerful configurations.
  • Reliability. Devices are checked on load stands for several hours or days to eliminate up to half of the cases of failure (not for all devices now).
  • Technical support. If you face problems with the operation of our devices and the integrator for some reason could not resolve the issue, you can contact us directly for help.
  • 5 years warranty. Warranty for WIRENBOARD PRO equipment is five years from the date of installation. We ship replacements the next business day after we receive a request from the integrator. No prior confirmation or diagnosis is required from us.
  • Reliable integrators. WIRENBOARD PRO equipment can only be installed by integrators certified by our company, whose competence we check. If something happens to the integrator company, we will assume warranty obligations for the equipment and help with the transfer of project maintenance to another integrator.

  • No direct sales. Only certified integrators can use WIRENBOARD PRO equipment in their projects.
  • Certification. The status of a certified integrator can only be obtained by integrators with sufficient resources and competencies to independently implement complex projects.
  • Significant discounts. We offer integrators discounts on equipment from the recommended final prices to partially offset the costs of design, estimates, etc. at the stage of sale and presale.
  • High-priority technical support. Integrator requests for WIRENBOARD PRO equipment have the highest priority. Technical support is available through regular channels and by phone during business hours.
  • Exclusivity. WIRENBOARD PRO equipment is made in special black cases and is not sold freely. It is backed by a five-year, next business day replacement warranty.
  • Project protection. We will provide a discount on equipment for a specific project to the first person who registers it — this will protect your investment. We do not reserve customers, industries and territories for the integrator.

Integrator certification

The certification process does without unnecessary bureaucracy, and usually takes a couple of business days.

Requirements for an integrator:

  1. Availability in the state at least:
    • two designers, or a long-term contract with a design bureau;
    • two engineers for technical support, configuration and programming;
    • one installer, or a long-term contract with contractors.
  2. Website or social media channels.
  3. Experience with Wiren Board equipment in real installations or on special stands. For companies that have not worked with Wiren Board equipment before: purchase a demo-kit or a set of Wiren Board equipment of comparable complexity for their own stand.
  4. At least 3 years of experience in the automation industry.
  5. Two or more completed complex automation projects. We evaluate the quality and complexity ourselves.
  6. Posting on your website information about the use of Wiren Board equipment with a link to wirenboard.com.

To be certified, you must provide:

  • General information about the company confirming the conditions above.
  • Full documentation on two previously completed projects on the equipment of Wiren Board or competitors, as well as photographs of the boards.

Legal purchase terms

  • These terms of sale are developed based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Protection," and other regulatory acts. These rules regulate the procedure for retail purchase and sale of goods through the online store, being a public offer addressed to individuals and legal entities ("Buyers").
  • The Buyer accepts the terms and conditions set out in these terms and conditions by placing an Order on the online store's website. An order is considered properly executed if the Buyer provides the Seller with the following information:
    • Buyer's last name and first name
    • Phone number
    • Delivery address
    • Product name
    • Quantity
  • The Buyer grants the Seller the right to use all personal data transmitted in the Order for the following purposes:
    • Fulfilling obligations to the Buyer
    • Forming and developing a loyalty program
    • Informing Buyers about news from the online store
  • Delivery is carried out through third-party services and is available on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. Delivery times depend on the region and range from 1 to 14 business days. Delivery terms include the following:
    • Delivery is without demonstration of the product
    • If the Buyer disagrees with the delivery terms, they may cancel the order at any time before receiving it
    • Delivery costs are charged in case of refusal of the product
    • The Buyer must check the product packaging for damages upon receipt
  • Payment for ordered Products can be made:
    • By bank transfer based on the invoice issued to the Buyer
    • By credit card via a payment link generated for the Buyer
  • Orders are processed on working days from 10:00 to 18:00 Astana time. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed the next business day.
  • Products of good quality can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used. For returns:
    • The Buyer must email a return request to the Seller's support
    • The refund excludes delivery costs
    • Refunds are processed within 10 days of claim submission
  • The warranty period for the Product is 24 months from the date of shipment.
  • The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer at the time of transfer, as confirmed by the Buyer's signature on the delivery documents. Ownership passes upon full payment.
  • The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to relations between the Buyer and the Seller.
  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be posted on the website at least 7 days before their effective date.
  • The Buyer guarantees they understand and accept all terms unconditionally and in full.
  • All disputes will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be referred to the arbitration court of Astana.
