All Wiren Board devices are designed and manufactured in-house. Each device undergoes a multi-stage quality control process:
- During development: component verification against declared specifications and prototype stress testing.
- After SMD component placement: automated optical inspection.
- After through-hole soldering: visual inspection of solder joints.
- After assembly: functional testing using an automated test bench.
- Before shipping to the warehouse: inspection of packaging, labels, and external appearance.
Thanks to this approach, the failure rate is no more than 0.5% of all manufactured devices.
If the device fails within two years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge, with no need to send it to a service center.

When used with a Wiren Board controller, inputs can be enabled or disabled via the web interface with a mouse click.
When used with third-party equipment, the module can be configured over RS-485 by writing values to Modbus registers. The register table is open, well-documented, and available on our website.

If used with a Wiren Board controller, measured values are displayed in the controller’s web interface and can be used in automation scenarios or transferred to a higher-level system. Only enabled channels are shown in the device card.
The module also transmits all data via Modbus RTU (RS-485), which can be read by any device or software that supports this protocol: third-party controllers, HMI panels, or SCADA systems.
